好用句 lighten up 放輕鬆，別太認真
lighten 當動詞有「使變輕；使變亮」的意思，引申為「讓人變開心」。當我們叫人 Lighten up. 就是要他停止負面的情緒，不要再抱怨、苛責、或消沈了。
A: Ken’s negative attitude is starting to get on my nerves.
肯恩的負面態度開始讓我不爽了。
B: Yeah. He really needs to lighten up.
