我代表追查迫害法輪功國際組織在此莊嚴宣告：
中共的政法委就是「蓋世太保」似的納粹邪惡組織，是迫害法輪功的主要犯罪機構。中共迫害法輪功是群體滅絕罪、反人類罪和酷刑罪！類似二戰時納粹戰犯之罪行。
自1999年7月以來，中共政法委及其610系統操控公、檢、法、司和各級黨政機構對法輪功實施群體滅絕性迫害，非法抓捕、關押、酷刑虐待，非法庭審、無罪判刑，造成眾多法輪功學員致傷、致殘、致死。特別是活體摘取法輪功學員器官牟取暴利，以這種方式屠殺法輪功學員的罪惡達到了「這個星球上前所未有的邪惡」。迄今已持續13年之久，迫害之慘烈，涉及人數之廣泛超出人們的想像。
這場迫害是在中共中央政法委先後兩任書記羅幹、周永康的直接指揮和操控下運作的。直至今天，中共政法委還在肆意虐行，持續著迫害。它不僅迫害法輪功，而且直接毀壞著人類的道德良知。追查國際於2012年7月12日發表了《追查國際調查報告集》，共22個分冊，包含203篇主要報告。系統地報告了中共利用整個國家機器迫害法輪功的主要犯罪事實和證據。
罪惡在曝光，民眾在覺醒，全民反迫害的序幕已經拉開了。5月以來，河北省泊頭市周官屯村300戶村民、河北唐海縣562位民眾先後聯名按手印、黑龍江1500位民眾簽名，要求釋放本地被非法關押的法輪功學員，懲辦凶手。中共經營多年的紅色恐怖已正在迅速崩潰，中共的政法委及其610系統就要被全面清算了，整個中共的解體就在眼前。
另一方面，追查國際陸續接到了越來越多的中共高層和各級官員提供的大量的有關官員參與迫害的罪證和資料。很多警察從迷濛中驚醒了，認識到了這場迫害的群體滅絕性犯罪性質，和他們即將面臨的悲慘後果，積極加入到檢舉揭發和暗中提供情況的行列中來，尋求某種程度上的保護。
追查國際正告一切還在參與迫害法輪功的涉嫌犯罪者：
中共迫害法輪功已觸犯了群體滅絕罪、反人類罪！任何執行命令的託詞都不能做為豁免的理由，如同對納粹的紐倫堡審判一樣，所有參與者必須承擔個人責任。自首坦白、棄暗投明、舉報他人罪惡、爭取立功贖罪，是唯一的出路！！當然，你不交待，你也無法阻擋他人包括你的同夥舉報揭發，只是你將失去贖罪的機會。法網恢恢，疏而不漏，善惡有報是天理！
為了即將到來的審判，本組織發佈此公告，請全社會幫助進一步蒐集、提供迫害法輪功的主犯江澤民、羅幹、劉京、周永康和政法委相關成員的名單及罪證。配合本組織追查罪惡，制止迫害！
本組織追查的原則是：誰犯罪誰承擔、集體組織犯罪個人承擔、教唆迫害與直接迫害同罪。根據這一原則，所有在組織、單位、系統名義下所犯的罪行最終將落實到個人承擔，從根本上清除國家犯罪的基礎，從而充分體現司法的公正，維護人類的道德、良知。這些涉嫌犯罪責任人將被徹底追查並最終被繩之以法。

An Evil Gestapo Style organization: CCP’s Political and Legislative Affairs Committee

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen
As a representative of the WOIPFG (World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong), we declare in this solemn occasion:
The Chinese regime’s security apparatus, the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee (PLAC) is an evil organization similar to the Nazi Gestapo. It is the leading criminal organization responsible for carrying out the persecution of Falun Gong. The persecutions are crimes of genocide, torture and against humanity. It is more hideous than the crimes committed by the Nazis during World War II.
Since July 1999, the PLAC and its “610” office have been controlling the Police, Procuratorate, Court and Justice departments as well as all levels of Party organizations to persecute the Falun Gong. In CCP’s genocidal persecution, Falun Gong practitioners are subject to illegal arrest, detention, torture , illegal court trial, sentencing without charge, etc. Large number of Falun Gong practitioners have been injured , disabled and killed. Especially noteworthy is the organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners for black market profiteering. The killing of Falun Gong practitioners for profit is “a form of evil yet to be seen on this planet.” The persecution has continued for 13 years up to this day, its atrocity and number of victims have far surpassed the imagination of man.
This persecution is directly controlled by Luo Gan and Zhou Yongkang, the former and current PLAC chief. Even today, the PLAC is still carrying on with the persecution. The PLAC does not only single out Falun Gong, it is directly destroying human dignity and conscience. WOIPFG published the “WOIPFG Investigative Reports” on July 10, 2012. It contains 203 investigative reports, which systematically documented the major evidences of how the CCP mobilized the entire State to persecute Falun Gong.
The evil is being exposed, and people are awakening. The stage has been set for the nationwide movement against the persecution. In May 2012, 300 villagers from Zhouguantun Village in Botou City of Hebei Province, 562 residents from Tanghai County, Hebei Province, and 1,500 people in Heilongjiang Province have petitioned for the release of illegally detained local Falun Gong practitioners, and to prosecute those responsible perpetrators. The decade long “red tyranny” staged by the CCP is collapsing rapidly; all those PLAC and 610 office members who participated in the persecution are facing prosecution and criminal charges soon. CCP’s demise is just around the corner.
On the other hand, WOIPFG has received large amount of evidence and data related to those who participated in the persecution, from more and more high ranking CCP officials and government officials. Many police officers had awakened to the truth and realized the genocide nature of this crime, as well as the final outcome and consequence that they will face. They are now actively reporting, disclosing and exposingof the perpetrators, acting as discrete informants, in order to seek some form of protection in the upcoming criminal trials.
The persecution of Falun Gong is genocide and crimes against humanity! Just carrying out orders from a superior cannot be used as an excuse for impunity. As in the Nazi Nuremberg trials, any participant in the crime must shoulder his or her personal responsibility. The only way to repent and make up is to confess your crime, help to expose the criminal conducts of others who have participated. Continuing your criminal offense will not block others, including your partners in crime, to expose and inform on you. Do not give up your only opportunity to stop the crime and save yourself. The dragnet of justice will not let any criminals escape.Criminals must face the consequences, this is the principle of heaven.
In preparation of the forthcoming trials, WOIPFG asks the international community to assist in the collection of criminal evidence of Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing, Zhou Yongkang and other PLAC members. We ask for your cooperation with WOIPFG to put an end to this persecution.
WOIPFG’s principle is: Each individual is responsible for the crime he or she committed. An organization’s crime must be charged on individuals. The crime of those who incite and instigate is the same as those who committee the crime. Based on this principle, all criminal charges against all organizations, institutions, units, departments will ultimately fall on individuals, thus ridding of the basis against state crimes. This will fully extend the just of the constitution; maintain the moral and conscience of men. All those perpetrators of crime will be investigated thoroughly and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
WOIPFG is committed to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society.
