醡酱草是乡下田野间常见的一种匍匐性野草花，有一种关于它们的传说，在田野间流传着：
醡酱草的叶子是由三枚小叶合成的。在这些叶子间，偶然会有一种变种的叶子，是由四枚小叶合成的。这就叫做幸运草。寻找到幸运草的人，一定可以得到某种幸运。
好美的传说！小孩子们总给编织成很美的梦，并到醡酱草丛里去寻寻觅觅，寻觅得满身是汗，想寻觅出一棵幸运草，去实现他们的梦。
何止小孩子呢？其他的人何独不然？生而为人，不分男女老幼，人人有梦。为了实现这个梦，人人寻觅，不怕风吹雨打，冬冷夏热，不管何时何地，都在寻觅。
没有人不希望寻找到幸运草。没有人不希望美梦成真。能寻找到幸运草多好！美梦能成真多好！即使只有一点点可能性，即使只是一个传说，还是这么希望。
日复一日，年复一年，人们不断地寻觅着，甚至上穷碧落下黄泉。不为什么，他们是在寻找幸运，追寻梦。
命运掌握在自己的手中。丰收是付出许多血汗得来的。幸运躲在最隐密的地方，不轻易示人。只有努力寻找的人，他才会出面，才会被寻找到。等待只有落空；追寻便能获得。
