【大纪元2019年06月21日讯】（大纪元记者周行报导）安省省长福特周四宣布内阁重组结果，增加了7名内阁成员，一些内阁厅长换了位置，实际上被降了职。
新内阁从原来的21名成员增加到28人，多数增加的是副厅长职位。省府在当天的公告中称，这次内阁改组“将确保安省政府有效地继续创造良好就业机会，支持小企业，将更多钱留给省民，恢复政府信誉及问责制。”
变化最大的莫过于原财政厅长费德利（Vic Fedeli ），他被降职去当经济发展、就业和贸易厅长。原教育厅长汤普森（Lisa Thompson）和儿童、社区及社会服务厅长麦克劳德（Lisa MacLeod）也被认为是降了职，分别转任政府和消费者服务部厅长，以及旅游、文化和体育厅长。
对于费德利只负责做了一个政府预算就被调职，福特赞费德利做了出色的工作，并期望他在新的岗位做的更好：“我们的团队中没有比费德利更好的销售员了。他将为安省带来更多就业机会。”
保守党政府称，他们执政的第一年，在117天内通过了20项立法，政府向安省人所做的承诺中，85%已经兑现或正在兑现过程中。政府将继续有效地为省民服务。
福特把这次内阁重组描述为“在合适的时候，我们把合适的人放在合适的位置”。他说，他觉得每一位内阁厅长都做得很好，“但我们总能做得更好”。
