【大纪元6月22日讯】(大纪元记者陈俊村编译)个人部落格Google Blogoscoped于6月18日发表棱森(Philipp Lenssen)的文章，文章中揭示作者测试中国Google的过滤系统后的发现。
棱森测试了Google.cn搜寻网站上的英文字典中的1万个单字，其中有901个单字(占9%)的搜寻结果被过滤，其前十个搜寻结果中有一个以上的网站被封锁。棱森将Google显示其自身的过滤免责条款时定义为搜寻结果被过滤。此免责条款以斜体字出现在最后一个搜寻结果的下方，内容为“根据当地法律和政策，有些搜寻结果无法显示”。
棱森说，他的被过滤的词汇清单并不完全，因为单字可以互相结合，而且它不是中文，人们通常不会使用单一的单字进行搜寻。多字的搜寻同样也会被过滤。例如单字“鸟”(bird)和“感冒”(flu)并未被过滤，但是将两个字结合为“禽流感”(bird flu)时，其前十个搜寻结果中就有被过滤的网站。
同时应该注意的是，Google过滤的是网站，而非词汇。如果上述的清单可以增加至100个网站时，其搜寻结果应有更多网站被过滤。以下是901个(占9%)英文单字清单：
