【大紀元1月10日訊】（大紀元記者盧斯文蒙特利爾訊）全球華人新年晚會本月１５日即將來到加拿大的蒙特利爾市；１月９日，蒙特利爾晚會籌備組收到蒙市市長譚保利（Gerald Tremblay）發來的賀信．在賀信中，譚保利首先向華人社區的所有人拜年，祝願大家好夢成真，並在賀信的最後祝願所有人享受新年晚會這一美好慶典。
譚保利在賀信中說：「我非常榮興地祝願蒙特利爾華人社區的所有人：新年好！」
譚保利在賀信中肯定了華人社區對蒙特利爾市貢獻，「以往，我們共同完成了很多了不起的事；我深信，在今年的鼠年裡，我們會繼續這樣做」，他說。
最後，譚保利說：「我祝願新唐人電視台（舉辦）的華人新年晚會組織者，祝願你們所有人：享受美好的慶典！」
