【大紀元2020年12月09日訊】（大紀元記者魏思明加拿大溫哥華報導 ）12月8日（週二），卑詩省首席衛生官亨利 (Bonnie Henry) 醫生公布本省疫情的最新情況，在過去的24小時內，省內錄得566宗新增確診個案，這是自11月17日以來日增確診人數最低的一天。
卑詩省新增16宗死亡個案，累計死亡個案總數增至543宗。目前有352名住院患者，當中74人在深切治療部，本省目前有9,315宗現存個案，有6,448人因確認接觸過已知個案正接受定期的公共衛生觀察。
省府表示，下週將有4000人可望接種首批抵達本省的COVID-19 疫苗。
