【大纪元3月26日讯】南非日前拒绝达赖喇嘛入境，出席和平大会，惹来多方评论。南非天主教杜图认为，不批准达赖喇嘛入境，除了表示国家屈服于中共独裁政权之下，亦剥削了南非人民聆听达赖喇嘛演讲的权利。
香港政治团体南方民主同盟，日前亦已透过南非驻港领事馆，去信南非总统卡莱马．彼得勒斯．莫特兰蒂。南同盟主席龙纬汶希望南非总统莫特兰蒂可改变初衷，批准达赖喇嘛入境。另一位南同盟成员陈立雄亦表示，如果达赖喇嘛最终不能进入南非，会是南非国民的一大损失。
