英國梅首相:獲北愛DUP黨支持 重組政府

【大紀元2017年06月08日訊】(大紀元記者馬麗英國報導)在丈夫的陪伴下,英國首相梅站在唐寧街10號前面對公眾,宣布了這個7週前誰也想不到決定:保守黨將在北愛爾蘭民主聯盟黨(DUP)的支持下,重組政府。

6月9日清晨全英國醒來後,看到了一個幾乎令所有人都驚訝的大選結果:雖然保守黨仍是第一大黨,但是席位不足議會席位的一半,英國面臨一個充滿不穩定因素的「懸浮議會」。

英國首相梅面臨巨大壓力,而她,本來可以不召開這次突然的大選。就在英國政府內部一團糟的時候,按計劃脫歐談判卻要在6月19日展開。

媒體預計保守黨將獲得319個席位,工黨261個席位,蘇格蘭民族黨 35個席位。由於倫敦西部的肯辛頓(Kensington)選區需要進行第三次計票,今天晚些時候或明天才能得到最終結果。

懸浮議會(Hung Parliament)指在是議會制國家中,沒有一個政黨在議會內取得絕對多數。一旦出現懸峙國會,通常會出現三種情況:1.兩個或以上的黨派組成聯合政府,2.獲最多議席的黨派可成為少數黨政府,但這個情形在英國較為罕見,因為若執政黨未能取得過半議席,在脫歐協議上更難以取得共識。3.重新舉行大選。
