英国梅首相:获北爱DUP党支持 重组政府

【大纪元2017年06月08日讯】(大纪元记者马丽英国报导)在丈夫的陪伴下,英国首相梅站在唐宁街10号前面对公众,宣布了这个7周前谁也想不到决定:保守党将在北爱尔兰民主联盟党(DUP)的支持下,重组政府。

6月9日清晨全英国醒来后,看到了一个几乎令所有人都惊讶的大选结果:虽然保守党仍是第一大党,但是席位不足议会席位的一半,英国面临一个充满不稳定因素的“悬浮议会”。

英国首相梅面临巨大压力,而她,本来可以不召开这次突然的大选。就在英国政府内部一团糟的时候,按计划脱欧谈判却要在6月19日展开。

媒体预计保守党将获得319个席位,工党261个席位,苏格兰民族党 35个席位。由于伦敦西部的肯辛顿(Kensington)选区需要进行第三次计票,今天晚些时候或明天才能得到最终结果。

悬浮议会(Hung Parliament)指在是议会制国家中,没有一个政党在议会内取得绝对多数。一旦出现悬峙国会,通常会出现三种情况:1.两个或以上的党派组成联合政府,2.获最多议席的党派可成为少数党政府,但这个情形在英国较为罕见,因为若执政党未能取得过半议席,在脱欧协议上更难以取得共识。3.重新举行大选。
