【大纪元7月11日讯】由于人类科技和经济的进步，台湾和美国等诸先进国家皆已进入高龄化社会，且个人对于健康亦日益重视，因此大家对于保健养生的生活饮食的兴趣和需求遽增，当然也成为学者专家共同重视的问题。美国东南区中华学人协会(CAPASUS)爰拟于2008年7月25至27日在乔治亚州亚特兰大 (Marriott Hotel at Gwinnett Place)举办年会，并以主题“保健食品和健康生活之创新和契机”展开学术研讨会。
