STORY:
Service sector industries and real estate enterprises are already on their way back to Taiwan to talk to Taiwanese legislators. They say that if the government grasps the opportunity it will bring billions of dollars in to Taiwan.

[Chunrong Ye, President, Taiwan Businessmen Association of Dongguan]:
“Many of my friends will come back to invest in service industry, real estate, and so on. As for real estate, you could go and check, the Taiwan businessmen own more than 30 percent of the mansions here. You could come back to set up an R & D centre and operational headquarters here.”
东菅台商协会叶会长说：“我的许多朋友将回来投资服务业、房地产业等等。就房地产业而言，你可以去查查看，台商在此地拥有超过30%的豪宅。你们可以回来在这里设置研发中心与营运总部。”
Last year, the Chinese Communist Party announced a number of foreign investment policy changes including cutting tax rebates on exports, introducing a “Labor Contract Law” and the “two taxes in one” system. This means Taiwanese businessmen no longer receive a concessionary tax rate.
去年，中共宣布一些外商投资政策改，包括取消出口退税，引进劳动契约法，以及两税合一制。这意味着台商不再有优惠税率。
Chunrong Ye says that there are more than 1000 Taiwanese businesses in Mainland China that are capable of returning to Taiwan.
叶会长说，有超过1000家在中国大陆的台商能够回到台湾来。
