“求对话 要统一”逾万西班牙民众集会游行

【大纪元2017年10月08日讯】10月7日(周六),西班牙多个城市爆发数万民众集会示威,呼吁国家团结,要求政府以对话化解加泰罗尼亚自治公投引发的“独立”危机,他们喊出口号:“要么谈一谈,要么都下台!”

据法广报导,在西班牙首都马德里和巴塞罗那等多座城市7日爆发民众集会游行,数万示威者或高举国旗或身着白衣集会游行,要求统一,并要求西班牙中央政府与加泰罗尼亚地方当局举行对话。

在首都马德里,成千上万民众举行“爱国者”游行,示威者展示西班牙国旗,许多人手持标语“我们想要让(双方)进行交谈。”

示威者反对目前西班牙中央政府和加泰罗尼亚地方政府僵持不下的局面,直指西班牙首相拉霍伊(Mariano Rajoy)和加泰罗尼亚自治区主席普伊格蒙特(Carles Puigdemont),喊出口号:“要么谈一谈,要么都下台!”

据称,周日马德里还将举行另一场“回归理性”的集会,一些西班牙知名人士将参加集会。

在加泰罗尼亚首府巴塞罗那,周六也有数千反对独立的示威者在市政府前示威。示威集会还蔓延到东南部的瓦朗斯以及巴斯克地区等地。

示威者要求加泰罗尼亚与其它地区对话。他们举着用加泰罗尼亚语和官方西班牙语写的“我们可以谈谈吗?”的牌子。

据法新社报导,西班牙首相拉霍伊排除用调解方式解决危机,并维持在该地区的额外警力。如果加泰罗尼亚宣布独立,就使用《宪法》中止加泰罗尼亚的自治。

他在《国家报》7日晚刊出的专访中表示,西班牙政府能动用《宪法》权限暂停加泰隆尼亚地区自治,防止该地区脱离西班牙独立。拉霍伊还表示,不会因危机而提前选举。

而加泰罗尼亚地方议会原定于周一(10月9日)召开会议,可能在下周二(10日)宣布独立。但西班牙宪法法院禁止其开会,以此阻止其宣布独立。加泰罗尼亚自治区主席普伊格蒙特将在周二在议会讲话。

在此前的加泰罗尼亚独立公投中,超过90%的投票人赞成独立。不过,投票率只有约43%。西班牙宪法法院随即宣布公投非法。中央政府派出大量警力试图阻止公投,封锁了投票站、没收选票,并动用暴力阻止民众投票。数百人受伤。直到周五,马德里中央政府的一名发言人才对警方的行为致歉。

据报导,许多加泰罗尼亚人不懈追求独立,这有着悠久的历史根源。纵观其历史,该地区要求自治独立的呼声以及镇压独立的浪潮此起彼伏。#
