进口黄豆 台食药署:97%是基改

【大纪元2016年10月26日讯】(大纪元记者施芝吟台湾台北报导)为吸引顾客上门,许多卖豆浆、豆制品的早餐店、餐饮店都会标示自己采用“非基改”原料,根据卫福部食药署统计,国内进口的黄豆97%都是基因改造,非基因改造黄豆仅有3%。食药署指出,近期已将基改与非基改食品,从边境进口货号就分流,并可透过食品云追查流向,降低业者打马虎眼的概率。

食药署今年新增121个进口号列,要求输入比照《食品及相关产品输入查验办法》规定,向食药署申请办理输入查验,其中就包括基改、非基改食品分流。分流的基改食品包括黄豆、玉米、甜菜、油菜以及甜玉米等,查验合格后始得输入,不合格者一律退运或销毁,不得流入国内市场,以确保输入食品安全。

卫福部食药署区管中心专委萧惠文说,目前台湾进口的黄豆中,97%是基改、3%非基改,基改黄豆几乎都流向榨油工厂,比较少拿来做成加工食品,也因此进口量虽多,民众却较少买到基改豆浆、豆腐等。

基因改造食品标示已上路,若业者使用基因改造食品原料就该强制标示,若应标示而未标示者,可开罚新台币3~300万元,标示不实可开罚4~400万元。
