L= Halloween is next week.下個星期是鬼節。
A= Oh really? What will you do? 是嗎？你想幹什麼？
L= I will go to a costume party. 我去一個化裝聚會。
A= What costume will you wear? 你穿什麼服裝？
L= I will wear a cowboy costume. 我穿牛仔服。
A= What will you do at the party? 你在聚會上都幹什麼？
L= I will bob for apples and dance. 我要玩個蘋果的遊戲，還跳舞。
A= Sounds like fun. 聽起來挺有意思。
L= Do you want to go? 你想去嗎？
A= Sure. 好啊。

將來時態
What will you do? 這句話用的是將來時態。因為是問將來要做的事。將來式的構成是will 加動詞的原形。will +動詞原形，在這個句子裏next week 是將來的時間。
如果你想用英語表達將來想做什麼事的話，句子中動詞的前面要用will. 請看下面例子:
I will go to school next week. 下星期我去學校。
I will go to see my friend tomorrow. 明天我去看我的朋友。
I will wash my clothes on Sunday. 星期天我洗衣服。
I will watch TV tonight. 我今晚看電視。
costume 服裝, 這個服裝不是我們平時穿的服裝，而是舞臺服裝，跳舞服裝，化裝舞會的服裝了等等。
party 聚會
cowboy 牛仔。這是個符合詞。cow 是牛的意思，boy 是男孩的意思。

Thanksgiving 感恩節。感恩節是美國的節日。這個節日的由來是歐洲人初次踏上美國的領土時，當地的印的安人為迎接這些歐洲人準備了豐盛的食品來招待他們。當時這些歐洲人都快餓死了，印的安人用他們自己的食品來招待他們並教他們如何在美國生活。 他們為了紀念他們之間的友誼，就定下了這個節日，紀念的方式就是吃飯，吃什麼呢？ 一般是吃火雞。這一天是十一月份的第三個星期四。
