來！半迴旋！正迴旋！反迴旋！側迴旋！水準迴旋！……
來！單人單腳！單人雙腳！雙人單腳！雙人雙腳！多人多腳！……
哇！花樣這麼多！已是琳瑯滿目，目不暇給了。
跳繩果真是很好的運動和娛樂。看！那麼輕快靈巧！那麼美妙多姿！人在繩陣裡，就 像閃飛的雀鳥。
「累嗎？」
「不會。」
那麼我們就來跳吧！
