二零零二年十二月，中共的全國代表大會將在北京召開。從大會召開的前五個月開始，槎頭女子勞教所對所有堅定的大法弟子開始了新一輪的酷刑迫害。
在三大隊的看守辦公樓的一樓有間小房，門牌上寫著「心理咨詢室」，其實是個酷刑房。
那段時間我們大法弟子全被關在三大隊不同的牢房裡，受著嚴密看守，我無法知道別的弟子受酷刑的情況。
有一次，我從牢房的窗戶望見一位弟子瘸著一條腿，一步一挪、艱難的向廁所走去。從「挾控」們的話中，我得知那位弟子的腿在酷刑中被折磨成了殘廢。
十月二十六日，他們開始對我施酷刑。
看守命令八個犯人一起動手，將我的雙臂用手銬吊銬在牢房兩張隔開的雙層鐵床上，我的兩臂被拉扯到極點。
我從二十六日早上九點一直被吊銬到第二天早上九點，其間手銬一次都沒打開過，而且看守命令倆個「挾控」在我耳邊不停的大聲讀中共的宣傳材料。
我的雙臂痛苦的抽筋。我大聲喊：「我的手臂壞了你們要負責！」
但看守完全不搭理。（待續）

The CCP national conference would be held in Beijing in December, 2002. Five months before its opening, Chatou started inflicting a new round of tortures on all the steadfast Dafa practitioners.
In the Third Brigade, on the first floor of the guards’ office building, there was a small room, on the plate of which was written, “Room for Psychological Consultation.” Actually it was a torture room.
During that period of time, all the Dafa practitioners were imprisoned in the Third Brigade separately, under the guards’ close surveillance. I had no way to know how the other fellow practitioners were undergoing tortures.
Once, from the cell window, I saw a fellow practitioner dragging her disabled leg and limping painfully, inch by inch, toward the bathroom. From the watching-inmates’ chatting, I got to know that the fellow practitioner had had her leg disabled in the tortures.
They started inflicting tortures on me on October 26.
A guard, aided by eight watching-inmates, cuffed my hands up to two top bunks in a cell. The bunks were wide apart, thereby my arms were stretched to the extremely painful extent.
The torture lasted from 9:00a.m., 26th to 9:00 p.m., 27th. Throughout the process, I was never uncuffed, and two watching-inmates ceaselessly read the CCP propaganda material loudly into my ear.
My arms cramped painfully. I called out, “You are to blame if my arms are destroyed!”
The guards utterly ignored me.
